For worship teams · Windows · macOS · Linux available now - Android · iOS early access
A different lineup every Sunday. The same songbook.
One plan covers your whole team, however many people rotate through it, on whatever devices they bring. Volunteers join free with a code, no account to create and no seat to buy.

A worship team's hardest problem is not the music. It is that the people change every week and the material cannot.
What BandBinder does about it
One plan for the team, not a seat for every volunteer.
BandBinder is priced per group. Add the whole rotation, the person who plays once a quarter, the sub who filled in this week. They join with a six-character code and pay nothing, ever. Team size never changes the price, so nobody has to decide who is worth a license.
Whatever device the volunteer walks in with.
Same app, same library, same features on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, all under one plan. OnSong never left Apple, and even Planning Center's Music Stand has no Windows app. Nobody on your team should need a specific brand of device to read the chart.
The key moves with whoever is leading.
Transpose a chart to the key this week's leader sings, with capo positions and guitar, piano, bass, and ukulele diagrams following along. Set a different key for one service on that setlist entry and leave the master chart alone, so next month's leader still gets theirs.
The change from Thursday reaches the person who missed Thursday.
Update the key, fix the words and chords, add the note about the extra chorus - it lands on the team's devices in seconds, and anyone who opens the app later gets it waiting for them. The volunteer who arrives twenty minutes before the service reads what changed instead of being told about it on the way to the platform.
Thursday's decisions survive to Sunday.
Rehearsal notes attach to the exact line they refer to. The tag repeats twice. The band drops out on the last chorus. Keys come in on verse two. Shared notes reach the whole team; private notes stay yours and sync to your own devices.
Sunday morning does not depend on the church Wi-Fi.
Performance Mode runs fully offline from the device's own library, with no login needed to play. Big readable text, high-contrast stage theme, setlist navigation, autoscroll, and hands-free page turns from any mainstream Bluetooth pedal.
Already on Planning Center?
Keep it. Music Stand reads the charts in this Sunday's plan. BandBinder is the songbook your team owns.
Music Stand shows each volunteer the plans they are scheduled to, inside the church's account, and needs a connection to load them the first time. BandBinder is the library that belongs to you and your team: every chart you have ever fixed, on Windows too, fully offline with no login, with rehearsal notes anchored to the exact lines they are about. And because every volunteer's copy is theirs, the free app works just as well for the band they play in on Friday nights. Bring the charts you already license - BandBinder imports ChordPro, plain text, and PDF. Converted charts sync to your whole team; a chart you keep as a PDF stays on the device you added it to - sync carries text, not files.
